Interesting facts about me
As early as my teenage years, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I am presently employed as a writing tutor in the Seek Office at York College. I tutor students preparing for the ACT, CPE, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year college writing exams. I also work as a supplemental instructor for an ENGLISH 125 class at York college. In addition to my education studies at York College, I am also pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology with the hope that I will have a better understanding of some of the issues that may inhibit a student's ability to learn. My proudest accomplishment is being the parent of my teenaged son, Storm Ross, who is currently a student at Brooklyn Technical High School.
